The Great Wall of China (of course, the Country)

So for the great wall, we didn't want to go to a touristic place... hence we did a millions of hours of bus just to get to some lost place... well, it was not a completely lost place. However, the Wall was closed there for visiting (at least officially). It was half demolished, half-grown-with-wild-plants...

Since the wall was not accessible by normal means we had to pay 2 monopolies each to access it via an improvised ladder that was standing on 2 shaking rocks. It was dangerous to say the least...
We had to climb into this small window...
This is the small window - although it's on our way back it gives a good idea on the "chiant-ness" of the thing...
Crazy as I am - I was taking pictures of myself as Alex was backing me up - holding that ladder from falling...
Braveheart?
Oh, man!
Impressive? Hell, yeah!
Wall... wall... wall...
Getting some good protein to boost up the level of our morale...
Just to discover that the eggs were baaaaad. We found out later that we were supposed to eat those... yeah, right, over my dead body. It STINKS!
Apples were better...
Some portions of the wall were really steep and demolished - hard to climb up - even harder to go down.
We are scared... not knowing how to go down now...
Crawling back down... ahahahaha...
